These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of AymarData, operated by Aymar Teknoloji A.Ş. (“Aymar”, “we”, “us”), including aymardata.com, the API, streams, bulk files, and related tools.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, requesting access, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
AymarData provides market data and related tooling for prediction markets, crypto venues, and related feeds. Features, coverage, and limits depend on your plan and may change as we improve the product. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any particular market will remain listed.
3. Accounts and API keys
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and API keys. Do not share keys publicly. You must promptly revoke compromised keys and notify us at support@aymardata.com. We may suspend access that threatens the security or stability of the service.
4. Acceptable use
You may not (a) resell or redistribute raw AymarData feeds without an Enterprise agreement; (b) attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or access controls; (c) interfere with the service or other customers; (d) use the service for unlawful activity; or (e) misrepresent affiliation with Aymar, Polymarket, Kalshi, Binance, Hyperliquid, or any other venue.
5. Plans and payment
Paid plans are described on /pricing. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers. Plan changes, renewals, and cancellations are handled as described in Refund & Cancellation.
6. Intellectual property
Aymar and its licensors own the service, software, and branding. Your license to use datasets is set out in the Data License. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.
7. Disclaimers
The service and datasets are provided “as is.” Market data may contain gaps, delays, or errors. Aymar does not provide investment, trading, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make using the data.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aymar’s total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid to Aymar for the service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or trading losses.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or abuse. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including license restrictions, disclaimers, and liability limits) survive termination.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction where permitted by mandatory law.
