Data License

This Data License is granted by Aymar Teknoloji A.Ş. (“Aymar”) to customers with an active AymarData plan (“you”).

1. License grant Subject to your plan and these terms, Aymar grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use AymarData datasets for:

• backtesting and research;
• internal analysis and model development;
• powering internal tools and agents that consume the data for your own use.

2. Restrictions Unless you have a written Enterprise agreement that expressly allows it, you may not:

• resell, sublicense, or redistribute raw AymarData feeds or bulk files to third parties;
• offer a competing market-data product substantially derived from AymarData;
• publish substantial raw tick archives without Aymar’s prior written consent;
• remove or obscure proprietary notices.

3. Attribution Public research or marketing that cites AymarData should credit “AymarData (aymardata.com)” where reasonable. Attribution does not imply endorsement.

4. Venue data Underlying venues (including Polymarket, Kalshi, Binance, and Hyperliquid) remain subject to their own terms. Aymar is not affiliated with those venues. You are responsible for complying with venue rules that apply to your use of their markets.

5. Plan limits Rate limits, market coverage, retention windows, and file access follow your plan. Exceeding limits may result in throttling or suspension.

6. Termination The license ends when your subscription ends or is suspended for breach. On termination you must stop new ingestion of AymarData. Derived models and analyses created during a valid license may be retained for your internal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
