This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded between Aymar Teknoloji A.Ş. (“Seller”), Maslak Mah. Büyükdere Cad. No: 237, Sarıyer / İstanbul, Türkiye, and the customer (“Buyer”) who purchases an AymarData subscription via aymardata.com.
1. Subject
Sale and delivery of digital subscription access to the AymarData platform (API, files, and related features included in the selected plan), paid by secure card payment.

3. Product
Digital service only. No physical goods are shipped. Access credentials and plan entitlements are delivered electronically.
4. Price and payment
Prices are shown on /pricing in USD (or as otherwise displayed at checkout). Payment is collected by our payment processor on a recurring subscription. Taxes may apply. Card data is processed by the payment processor; AymarData does not store full card numbers.
5. Delivery
Access is activated after successful payment confirmation, typically immediately.
6. Withdrawal and cancellation
For digital content where performance begins with the Buyer’s express consent before the withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal may be limited under applicable consumer law. See also Refund & Cancellation.
7. Governing law
Laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction where permitted.
